HISTORY OF MACLEHOSE          MacLehose was founded in 1991 by the late Jeremy MacLehose to make Far Eastern book printing accessible to the UK publishing industry.  The business has succeeded by remaining committed to the MacLehose principle of high integrity, shared by our print partner Hung Hing Printing Group, and we have long-standing relationships with a large number of UK companies.   Children’s Books were added in 1994, and it is this sector that has seen the greatest growth.  From simple board books to complex paper engineering, using the latest print technologies, is all part of the MacLehose portfolio.   Thanks to the support of our Chinese print partner - Hung Hing, the company has expanded its services and there are now 14 experienced professionals who can help with design, product development and sourcing.  With 15 years of print management experience, our capabilities combine to give the business its unique market position.  Our commitment to our staff is demonstrated in the award of the government-sponsored accreditation “Investors in People” in 2007.                                                          We believe that offering quality and reliability combined with a total print solution from our Chinese partners, has developed the customer trust that gives us the edge required in today’s increasingly diverse and competitive market.
