What quality control procedures are in place?

There are numerous quality procedures in place from origination to delivery.  Under strict regulation quality control supervisors check products at each stage.  All suppliers and materials must be pre-approved and all sourced items are inspected before use.

What are the maximum board weights for printing litho offset?

The maximum printable boards are 400gsm C1S white board / 465gsm C2S white board / 550gsm greyback board.

What machinery/print presses will be used in manufacturing our product?

This will depend on the specification of your job.  Hung Hing use up-to-date technology for litho offset through to flexography and silkscreen printing.  Please contact us for a full plant list
